2.1 While Jessipenz takes utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safety of products, we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

2.2 All products are considered to be in good condition when they leave our facility.

3. Claims and Refunds:

3.1 In the event that a product is damaged during transit, customers must notify Jessipenz within 3 days of receiving the product.

3.2 Claims submitted after the specified period may not be considered.

3.3 Jessipenz will work with the customer to facilitate a claim with the respective carrier.

3.4 Refunds or replacements will only be issued upon approval of the carrier's claim.

4. Tracking Information:

4.1 Customers will be provided with tracking information upon shipment.

4.2 It is the responsibility of the customer to track their order and ensure someone is available to receive the package.

5. Address Accuracy:

5.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

5.2 Jessipenz is not liable for any delays or non-delivery due to inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Delays:

6.1 Jessipenz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
